Our Leadership programme provides a bespoke coaching experience for leaders looking to achieve goals such as implementing strategies and growth plans, bringing to life company values, working through stressful interpersonal situations and maximising the impact of your personal leadership style.
Our leadership programmes can be 6 or 12 months and combine monthly two-hour coaching sessions with additional telephone / email support and an executive assessment. The benefits of the leadership programme are likely to include:
