Aspiring Leaders
Our Aspiring Leaders programme is aimed at new leaders, those moving into a leadership role or existing leaders who want to refresh and re-engage with their leadership skills.
The programme focuses on developing a deep level of self awareness and the confidence to become an authentic and inspiring leader using your own personal strengths. It is delivered in organisations, generally with 6 – 8 delegates, across 6 – 9 months. We use an executive assessment tool and / or 360-degree feedback to inform the individuals’ self-awareness as leaders, identify strengths and development areas.
In addition, the programme incorporates seven facilitated group sessions (topics listed below) focused on developing leadership skills as well as six one-to-one coaching sessions per person to help embed those skills and develop an authentic leadership presence.

- Feedback
- Negotiation

- Time management
- Decision making
- Manager as coach
These programmes cost between £4,000 - £5,000 per delegate depending on number of delegates.
