Hughes Lewis Consulting (HLC) is a coaching consultancy established in 2016 by Alison Hughes.  We focus on four key areas in coaching:

• One to one coaching for individuals and corporates
• Aspiring Leaders (exploring authentic leadership for those new to or aspiring to a leadership role)
• Leader as Coach (embedding coaching skills into organisations through workshops and Action Learning Sets)
• Executive Assessment (using an innovative assessment tool to provide insights to individuals and teams)

HLC also has a sister brand www.dynami-careers.com which is a career transition consultancy dedicated to supporting organisations and individuals with career transitions. 

Our coaching interventions can be one-to-one or group facilitated programmes.  Our coaches are all professionally qualified with an International Coach Federation accreditation.
